Are there any online brokerages that allow unlimited stocks and options trading?

Question by Tiantong: Are there any online brokerages that allow unlimited stocks and options trading?
I felt a little disappointed with Scottrade as it takes 3 days to settle funds, 3 days for money added to account to be tradeable, small stocks can’t always be traded when the market is open due to “not having bid and ask,” and trades with stocks under $ 5 have to be limit orders. I don’t care about commissions as long as it is always below $ 10.

Question by Tommy: What online brokerages offer DRIPS (Dividend reinvestment programs) and are cheap per trade?
I’m using scottrade right now and I bought a few dividend paying ETFs. Scottrade will only credit my account or mail me a check, but they won’t put the dividends back into buying more shares.

I’d like to move to another online broker, but I don’t know which other ones allow for DRIPS and aren’t too expensive. Any ideas?

If so, are there specific brokerages that do this? I mean… would every online brokerage offer this or just a few of them?

Thank you,
